Cancellation Policy

All visits must be paid in advance to reserve your spot with our furry hosts. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable, as your booking time is held exclusively for you — and our cats still expect you. Once a visit has begun, sessions cannot be shortened, downgraded, or refunded. Our cats have natural rest and play cycles, and activity levels may vary throughout your visit.
