All visits must be paid in advance to reserve your spot with our furry hosts. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable, as your booking time is held exclusively for you — and our cats still expect you. Once a visit has begun, sessions cannot be shortened, downgraded, or refunded. Our cats have natural rest and play cycles, and activity levels may vary throughout your visit. Catfé respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you opt in to receive SMS messages from us.
